Since I have started healing sessions with Cortney, I truly feel that this is the first time in my life that I am genuinely living with purpose. I had traumas in my past that were difficult to talk about and struggled finding direction. Over the years I tried many different treatments and therapies, most were unsuccessful. I experienced results after my first healing session and have continued to improve ever since. In my heart, I believe my healing has allowed me to remove the barriers that were holding me back from fully connecting with my spirituality and Christian faith. The best part of my experience has been “clarity”. I believe the more I heal, the more in tune I am with my journey and where I am going. I consider this experience one of my greatest blessings and feel so much gratitude for the positivity I now have in my life.
What We Do
Our healing practice considers the person as a whole, not just each part, but all the factors affecting them. Our goal is to restore balance within the various dimensions of an individual’s physical, mental, emotional, and etheric bodies. When imbalances in these interconnected layers create distress in the energetic pathways in the body, it can affect a person’s overall physical health.
There are many methods and modalities used to realign and correct these imbalances. We aim to provide a variety of approaches to healing including energy healing in the form of Reiki and Crystal Healing, Reflexology, as well as the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique or QHHT.
A Little About Us
Quartz Frequency was founded on this experiential truth: the journey towards self-alignment is transformational. No one gives us a map with detailed instructions on when, where, or even how to begin this journey; it is usually an individualized experience. With careful consideration engaging in various healing modalities, we found tools that made remarkable impacts both in our physical reality and our spiritual state of being. In turn, we feel our responsibility is to carry it forward by helping others use these tools to change their lives.
By exploring our own healing, we have released trapped emotions, cut cords, let go of past life trauma, and dissolved inherited trauma from our lineage. We’ve removed attachments, vows, and programming that no longer served our highest good. As we continue moving toward alignment within ourselves, everything we draw into our reality becomes subject to reorientation.
Our core value at Quartz Frequency is helping others. We aim to share the knowledge we’ve gained with our community to help facilitate the transition from this dense physical existence into one more aligned with who we are becoming, the next upleveling.
Our healers have spent years empowering others to become their best selves in all aspects of their lives, so it’s a natural next step for us to come together and provide this life-changing service to our community. We do this by stepping into our own mastery. We have followed the breadcrumbs that have been laid on our path, which has brought us here to you. With curiosity, we are taking the leap of faith to the unknown to bring to light the infinite possibilities that await us. We hope to help you do the same.
